Miller #1, P&A Royal #1, Rayo Jr. Chimney

I tried to write a review previously on this chimney, but I don’t know if it got posted. So here it is again. The Premium M1 chimney with the 2.08” fitter diameter for Miller and P&A #1 lamps is the only new borosilicate chimney that fits properly. The less expensive B&P chimney fitter diameter is too large at 2.125” and stresses the gallery and doesn’t sit down correctly. I’ve seen many #1 Miller and P&A lamps with incorrect and improperly fit chimneys. The original #1 chimneys fit correctly, but are fragile and not made from modern borosilicate glass. I have broken several originals while using them. Fortunately Miles and the Wickshop Team have made a chimney that fits correctly, from borosilicate glass, and is robust. It’s more expensive than the B&P version, but in my opinion the Premium M1 chimney is by far the best choice for these lamps.

Quality product. Smooth edges, sits flat and level in the chimney holder. I’m happy with my purchase!
